Small group of learners and a mentor reviewing a project on a laptop
A community of practitioners, learning in the open.

PROCESS

Three steps

STEP 1

Submit your application

Tell us your background, what you want to learn, and your availability. Veterans: include your branch and transition timeline.

  • Background and goals
  • Availability for a six-month program
  • Resume if you have one

STEP 2

Short review with an engineer

A conversation about where you are and whether the program fits. No test to pass, just honesty about commitment.

  • 30-minute conversation
  • Eligibility and fit
  • Questions answered

STEP 3

Placement when capacity allows

Admitted applicants join the next cohort with available seats. We keep cohorts small on purpose.

  • Cohort-based start dates
  • Limited seats
  • Written confirmation

GOOD TO KNOW

What we can and cannot promise

Mentorship is offered as part of RDX's community mission, subject to capacity and eligibility. We do not promise unrestricted access to every program, and completing mentorship does not guarantee employment, certification, or placement. What we do promise is working engineers who take your development seriously.
