RDX Academy is the education and mentorship initiative of RDX Enterprise. Through practical cybersecurity education, hands on learning, professional guidance, and workforce development, we are committed to helping aspiring technology professionals build the knowledge, confidence, and technical skills needed to pursue careers in cybersecurity.

EDUCATION
Instruction built around how security operations and automation actually work, taught by engineers who do the work.
MENTORSHIP
Structured guidance from working engineers: where to focus, what to build, how to present it, and how to get through the first interview.
VETERANS
Founded by a veteran, built for people leaving service. We translate military experience into a cybersecurity career path and connect you with a community that has done it.
EARLY CAREER
A starting point for people entering the field without a traditional path, with the fundamentals and the hands-on reps to be credible.
WORKFORCE
The Academy supports RDX's long-term talent development. Participants who meet the readiness standard may be considered for RDX engineering opportunities. Completing the program does not guarantee employment, certification, or placement.
ACCESS
Participation is by application and subject to available capacity, program eligibility, and our review process. We keep cohorts small so mentorship stays real.
WHY RDX RUNS AN ACADEMY
RDX Enterprise earns its revenue delivering specialized SOAR and security automation engineering. The Academy is how we reinvest that knowledge into the next generation of technical professionals, with a focus on veterans, military families, and people entering the field without an obvious door in.
The Academy is not a product we are selling. It is part of what RDX is for.
