HOW IT WORKS

Mentors, eligibility, outcomes

MENTORS

Working engineers, not instructors for hire

Mentors are RDX engineers who build and operate security automation for real customers. Feedback reflects what the job actually demands.

  • Direct feedback on labs and code
  • Regular mentor check-ins
  • Industry context, not just curriculum

ELIGIBILITY

Who the program is for

Veterans and transitioning service members, early-career graduates, and career changers with the discipline to do the work. Capacity is limited and admission is by application.

  • Application and short interview
  • Commitment to the six-month schedule
  • Eligibility reviewed per cohort

OUTCOMES

What you leave with

A portfolio, a readiness classification, a mentor who knows your work, and a place in the RDX network. Not a guarantee of employment or placement.

  • Portfolio-ready capstone
  • Documented readiness level
  • RDX network access
